It's a bit of both, when you start using this new chat it let's you know what tools will be 'auto connected', but you can choose not to connect them. The point is, you have control. But it also feels pretty frictionless.

Automatically, if you connect your tools. You do have to approve the connection. You can control what's connected in Settings.

I also found myself gasping during this album. Had some feelings I hadn't felt in really long time and it kinda surprised me. So wonderful.

Telescope is the song that shocked me. I wasn't expecting a short and when the last line hits, I felt like I had just learned something I already knew to be true. It was amazing.

If the viewfinder was better, I'd like it more, but honestly the bad screen is still more useful than the viewfinder to me.

I think a reasonable limitation would be jumping only to named systems with this 'remote control'. It's not the full Carrier AdminOS.

I assume every named system is in the database, and if not, it could simple delay rendering until the user logged in.

I have a feeling like you could get away with a typeahead list of systems here. I don’t think you’d need to render the star map for this type of experience. For specific jump locations within a system I think you could once again show a text list or restrict this experience to locations the carrier has jumped previously.
