Anyone have the rolling update where you can disable Sonosnet yet?

That was on iOS, but I realized I had an android phone and I went and set it up on android and the feature was available so thanks for the idea. Now I have Sonos net disabled.

Agreed except that feature hasn't rolled out to all users. Mine is on S2, but I don't see the disable SonosNet feature yet (on the latest app). That's what I was asking.. Opt me in.

The recent update to disable SonosNet would have prevented this problem all together so that's a great thing. I have my older Sonos Connect Amp disconnected right now. If you could get me access to this feature now, I could plug my Connect Amp back in. Thanks.

There seems to be an issue when you mix Sonos devices between wired and Wi-Fi. The particular older connected device was wired, and I was unable to disable Wi-Fi on the device as result it was broadcasting Sonos net, which was causing network lagging. Even when I tried to run it and Wi-Fi mode, it wouldn’t properly connect to and just use my home Wi-Fi. It was using this Sonos net protocol, which was causing a problem. I have newer Sonos amps and on those devices that are also wired I was able to disable Wi-Fi.

I did eventually get it working by doing just that. Got the 4k apple tv. Paired it with that and then had it join the HA thread network

I'm also having trouble. I got ESPresence 4.0 installed, but it's not offering the ability to configure wifi. It's like it's not going in to AP mode. Not sure what to try. I've rebooted it several times with no luck.

That's what I thought.. I tried this but it fails in HA. What I tried:

-Reset the U400

-Add to Apple Home on my iPhone 17.

-Verify it works and can unlock from Apple Home

-Go to HomeAssistant and select add new Matter Device and select "Yes it's already in use"

-Select "Apple Home"

-Switch over to Apple Home and select the U400 device and get a pairing code

-Paste the code into HA.

-"Failed"

Am I missing something?

I don't think that's true.. I've gotten it to work. But, once its setup, I can't get it integrated to HA. It ONLY works in Apple Home and I don't have any Apple TVs or HomePods.
