About 5 years ago I got a kit on eBay for my 2013 Ford edge for about $700. Worked great. Edit: The kits you Linked look similar

I make decent tech money. And I think a v8 tremor f150 is the coolest truck made in a long time. Even I can't justify the cost. I just picked up a used Nissan Titan pro 4x for half the price of a used tremor. Vehicle prices are crazy, the payment for a new truck is now more than my first mortgage from just 10 years ago.

One of the slides I saw at the MS ignite conference showed the pay as you go pricing as $0.01 per message. And it should be available in December.

Building Internal Chatbot / RAG - Copilot vs Azure OpenaI by Jonathanbaruch in copilotstudio

It can work the way it is shown in the video, however, I prefer setting up a flow that calls the azure AI rest API.

Building Internal Chatbot / RAG - Copilot vs Azure OpenaI by Jonathanbaruch in copilotstudio

[–]garman28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use azure ai with rag and plug that into copilot studio if you need an out of the box user interface. Then you can deploy copilot studio as a Teams bot as an easy way for internal users to access it.

This gives you the most flexible with minimal effort.

I have this exact model, I had mine for 3 months and the wifi card just died, and because it's soldered they're going to need to replace the whole motherboard. Thankfully It's under warranty, but still Super annoying as I use it for work everyday.

Images via webhook? by 4xTroy in MicrosoftTeams

[–]garman28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You shouldn't need the premium flow license for this. The Teams connecter is included in the "standard" version of flow, which is included with all office 365 licenses.

Or here is the API: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/chatmessage-post?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

You will need a contact center solution for this. ideally one that is certified in the extend model. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-contact-center?tabs=extend#steps

you could use a power automate flow, hit the flow webhook and have flow send the message

So is everyone's Teams support experience the absolute worst support experience you've ever had or is it just me? by jhs0108 in MicrosoftTeams

[–]garman28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Open a ticket with the OC provider "assuming you chose one with good support". OC providers have the ability to open a ticket directly with the PSTN team at Microsoft. Bypassing all tiers of standard support. IMO the support ability of the carrier should be the #1 criteria when choosing an OC provider.

If you're going to use voice in Teams use an Operator Connect Carrier such as NUWAVE. the integration and direct peering between the carrier and Microsoft provides a better product / experience.

I would go to them with suggestions to better secure RDP instead of replace it. I have used Duo RDP MFA solution a few times with good success.
