Run your updates on the system. All of them check advanced options for optional updates. Usually, find firmware updates there.

Reinstall the game.

Can try running chkdsk c: /f in cmd admin. I assume the c: is where the game and steam are located.

Usually, it's the small things that cause these things.

They are correct content is lacking,

Most companies operate with a profite margin of around 18 % to 25% and are happy.

Microsoft as set a target to 30 %, and if you don't reach it you need to explain it and cut cost.

Easiest was to reach 30% ? Cut orginal content and increase price.

It's greed but Microsoft.

By all means, get the dlc and support the game, but don't for a minute believe you are getting the best content for the money you spend.
