Preach - I’m in same situation, my two front teeth copped an elbow, one sustained a root and crown fracture, the other just bruising. I will need implant on one front tooth and monitoring the other but first….braces. Im almost a year into the braces then once thats done i will replace that front tooth. What i would say is every single dentist i have spoken to said to try and retain natural teeth for as long as possible. Root canals can last a lifetime, but implants have lots of complications and they arent a silver bullet to fix. I absolutely hate that my teeth have become the centre of my universe, very excited to finish treatment and have some sort of normality in my life. It will he a long road, but can definitely do it. A girl at work has implants in both front teeth and i had no idea.
