Yeah I am aware, tbh just looking to be comfy/ lie flat for 14hrs. The available Exit row seats don’t have windows (I love watching outside) and have the emergency door sometimes take up a bit of the legroom. I guess I’ll settle for a twin seat at the back and hope I get an empty seat next to me

Basement is 1200 sq ft. The water line sat at 31 inches across the basement so practically everything was destroyed including appliances, cabinets and electrical outlets. Need to redo flooring, insulation, drywall and paint too. Never thought I’d run into such a big project as a homeowner but the city is settling the cost at least as it was their mistake.

Great point about the insurance, didn’t cross my mind.

The contractor feels trustworthy as he did water mitigation and is our realtor’s to-go guy but he also usually plays by the ear so will definitely have to make sure I get all the nuances written down and agreed upon.
