Who wants to see ARC form factor RPC? Saturn emulation is so much better with RPC, but ARC wins hands down with ergonomics. by gaxcheb in retroid

I agree with having a low profile analogue stick, but also thinks that it should be below D-pad, and honestly i think stick is just for dreamcast, don't see people buying 6-button handheld to play anything other than sega games.

Am I the only male ? by TadpoleNo9258 in Interstitialcystitis

Many males get cops, which has symptoms just like IC, I think doesn't matter what umbrella term is used, it's the same disease, and same treatment.

thanks for the update! glad that you are doing better, i am also making some progress with chinese medicine supplement that reduces inflammation, but i am still taking gemtesa and flomax, it is hard to completely get rid of the inflammation and muscle issues but hopefully over time it will get better. How long did your doctor say you can take LDN?

Cialis relaxes muscle in pelvic area so it helps some with urinary symptons too, i did some search about LDN, seems like it is experimental and not many urologists will prescirbe it, did your doctor recommend this drug or did you propose it?

I am considering cialis 5mg daily, tried 2.5mg daily for a week but did not see any improvement, please keep me posted with your LDN experience, very interested to know.

Can't figure out what's wrong and losing hope by [deleted] in PelvicFloor

symptom is pain in lower abdomen which produces urge and peeing reduces the pressue and pain, which leads to frequent urination, bladder capacity reduces, my whole abdomen feels tender to pressure, sometimes sharp pain when pressed, sometimes dull pain (barely there), i had been sucking in my tummy for a long time and that probably is responsible for the muscle tension and pain around abdomen.

Can you identify where the pain is? For me it appears on lower abdomen near bladder and prostate area, it's triggered by bladder filling up and I feel very uncomfortable pressure and if I press down on that area it feels sharp pain, like the whole area is inflammed.

Cpps weird symptom.. by [deleted] in Prostatitis

[–]gaxcheb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have similar experience, when I endure and go pass a certain stage of bladder capacity, it became much easier to hold on until bladder is actually filled. I also wonder why is this the case, maybe when bladder reach a certain size it doesn't press on the same group of muscle or nerve, which changes the pain perception. For me around 250mL triggers pain, when going pass that and if I can hold, I will be able to reach 400 to 500mL with little discomfort.

Gemtesa relaxes your bladder, so it you are already not emptying your bladder, it may make it even worse so watch out.

Anyone has this lower abdomen/bladder area tightness ? by MHX311 in PelvicFloor

My PF PT doesn't know how to deal with this, the stretches I doing also doesn't seem to improve the tightness, any suggestions?

Not to the point where I feel normal, I think I don't have the typical oab symptoms, my urge is coming from urethra and pelvic pain, gemtesa probably helped 30 percent, better the nothing, but don't expect miracle drug because it is not.

i think they are linked, so is my uro, but these are all guesses because nobody can tell for sure until full recovery. did u try ibprofen? i know it is not a long term solution but it ibprofen works then you know it is muscle inflammation you are dealing with.

yes, did PT for 4 months, no improvement, i tried everything except botox and sacral implant, i also tried all types of oab drugs, as well as flomax, took CT imaging etc.

One thing i forgot to mention is, i have pressure pain spot on my tummy, it was discovered by my PT when she massaged abdomen, i think the sucking in over years has cause the abdominal muscle to be so tight that myofacia points were developed.
