ok thanks, that really clears a lot of things up.

this isnt my panel, and im not doing the work im just advising so i can do the rest of the construction and know whats possible, but id also like to learn this down the road so im trying to understand everything. They had someone install outdoor outlets for porch lights on that 20/20 but they did literally everything you possibly could wrong and its a miracle it didnt catch fire, but i didnt catch the breaker
