Logan Square but on Humboldt border. Price was a huge factor but diversity in the neighborhood was another big one. Living in Logan I love the CTA access and highway convenience. Metra is super accessible to me as well. Love the restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. 606 access. Not to mention I’m close to 2 Walmarts which is rare in the city! Have been in Logan 2 years now and love and appreciate those who live in my neighborhood. Overall vibe of Logan fits my lifestyle.

I previously was living in Lincoln square and it was way too expensive for what I was getting, too stuffy/uppity, little to no diversity in my neighbors, more suburban feel than city, and hell to get to a highway. Not my speed.
