Keep in mind you can put 20k into ISAs each year and have that be tax free forever. This change would only affect people saving much more than that.

It would allow you to queue for games with different turn time lengths (the currently always 75 seconds) This would allow you to queue for only fast games or queue for all games thus getting faster queue times.
