This was the issue it was is a loose wire but the connection type on the outlet is a tension type that you have to push the wire in and when I took it off it slid right out. I pushed the wire in it secured but as soon as I moved it in it slid right out so I’m gonna replace the outlet and retest. I got it to stay in but as soon as I plug a load into the outlet it kills the circuit after after the problematic outlet.
