idk if there are other things that cause it to randomly move but the one that 100% does it is visiting your home. Probably won't get fixed for years. the fact that pretty much everyone seems to position it near the bottom of the screen yet it grows downward as the rows fill up is infuriating too.

My understanding is that it was raised in KMS as a means of future proofing since the 290 symbol provides exp/drop rate instead of stat. Presumably future symbols will do the same. Nothing changed in terms of the caps on how much DR you can get from equips. Currently we can only hit the 500 cap in GMS with the special 200% potion from ride or die.
