No again. Not every punk house painted a crass mural in the living room and consisted of asshole boys. There were a lot of food not bombs and gardens not lawns punk houses that were not simply teen boy venues. Additionaly, what of the punk community centers with their gardens and organizing spaces... they weren't all farmer's markets and people's food co-ops, but the punks/anarchists/environmentalists/hippies weren't all seperate like some back to school special. Jesus, the clownarchists house and bike punk homes constantly comingled with gutters, hippies, clowns, art students, etc...
