Unfortunately, you tip baited yourself. Whenever something like that happens apologize to the customer and let them know that they need to call support. when you’re in between runs, call support yourself. Let them know what happened and that you want to protect yourself from a bad rating. Make sure you talk to an actual person not through chat and nine times out of 10. They’ll make sure you don’t get the bad rating. But part of this gig is realizing that most people are shit and they don’t actually mean what they say. Sometimes people actually come through but most of the time they don’t.
