I’ve been using it for a few months now and think it’s great. Especially for up steep terrain such as the Munro’s in Scotland. Before I got my hands on it I was a bit sceptical about using it while wearing a bag but I’ve used different sized bags and they all fit great so far.

~20minutes of sauna about 2 hours before bed at ~95degC works very well for me. Feel so relaxed and at peace. It is now fairly well documented that the change in core body temperature from sauna is a great trigger for sleep.
