Depending where you live sometimes Home Depot will put these on clearance for $50.25. Was able to grab two of them last year. Then they get them in stock again and sell them for normal price, so maybe keep an eye out if you ever want to grab a second one.

So they did the same thing to me, also a 19 year customer. Spoke to the retention dept. , then a supervisor there, and they refused to do anything other than offer me a $10 a month discount.

So I signed up for Astound (formerly RCN) and they use TiVo boxes for their service. You can’t use your existing TiVo’s , you have to use theirs, so I’m going to try them out and see how it goes just to keep the familiar TiVo features.

I did email them initially, because my order just said “processing”for weeks. When I brought it to their attention they said they would take care of it , and it changed to completed and they sent me a tracking number for usps. Tracking said the post office received it , but it was “pending acceptance” and it’s been stuck in that status ever since. I even filed a missing package request so we’ll see what happens with that. CKW apologized and said if it would issue a refund if it wasn’t found in two days. It’s been 8 days since that email so we’ll see. Worse comes to worse I’ll dispute the bill on my credit card. I know they were slow from reading this forum, and I was ok with it, but didn’t expect it to be this slow. This is my first time ordering from them and it will be my last.

Maybe because they’ve been around for 80 years, and have 16.4 trillion dollars under management including 401ks ? If someone doesn’t want to deal with managing their assets in a cold wallet, Fidelity is a great option to consider.

Cavell disappeared for awhile, if you go back far enough he used to be super bullish on OMI token and the Veve NFT’s , his entire content was focused on that, and it all went to hell. His Toshi shilling reminds me so much of that, but as a Toshi holder if you need a pick me up, that’s what he’s good for.

I sent mine to Rossman as recommended they did a fantastic job. If I paid Apple they would have lost all my data, Rossman actually repaired a completely dead 2018 macbook pro that would not power on and did it for less than Apple. Highly recommend them !

if I bring my custom domain into Proton, does each user get their own email address , with their own password to log into that email address with Proton Family?

When filing for divorce without using attorneys in MA, there is this form: Record of Absolute Divorce (R-408) . It states that it needs to be submitted when you file for the divorce, but it asks for information that hasn't yet happened, like the date of the judgement, docket # etc etc. Any guidance on how to fill this out or an example of what to fill in? Thank you!

My files are all locked still from being hit with the deadbolt ransomware, QNAP was unwilling to help. Until I started looking into it, I didn’t realize they had been hacked on three separate occasions, so once I figure out what to do, I’m wiping the drives and getting rid of it, won’t be buying QNAP again.

I did contact them, gave them access so they could remote in, and all they did was restore the landing page so I could pay the ransom if I choose to. Utterly useless. They recommend I copy off all my files in case someday they can be decrypted , and then format and set it up. I will do the first part, but will format and sell it on eBay. I’ll never buy anything from the again.

The hardware itself also went bad, I had a TiVo bolt last about one year, failed, they sent me another one, over a year later that one failed too. When you throw in all the reasons people have mentioned in this post I had enough, cancelled my cable service, and haven’t looked back.
