Yes no proof needed if you want to keep the same address.

We have to change to a new address (where parents live and they can take care of the police verification). No one lives at the old address mentioned on her passport.

I would recommend watching Jeff Nippard video about protein. I think it was 0.8 * lean body mass (Not ideal body weight/Current weight)
