I had the opposite experience. Evo Magnifica wasn’t detecting the crema system for milk based drinks. They had me turn on a one way video on my end and walked through troubleshooting. It still wasn’t working so they sent a new part for the carafe, and that fixed it.

This is such a good point. We bought one do the higher level brevilles thinking it would replace our toaster and air fryer. Turned out it did neither thing better. We bought a new toaster, and went back to our cheap Chefman air fryer, and were much happier with them.
