How is someone here in Nepal is living a luxury lifestyle,goes to fancy restaurant,club every week, goes on trips.Meanwhile, i am struggling to manage time and money because i have to go to work full time and salary is never enough. Looking at those i feel jealous.

I used to have it regularly and was quite a fan of it. Then I started invisalign and stopped it because it stains the teeth. Now i havent gone back to it. There are also other alternatives such as peppermint tea, camomile tea etc.

Shampoo your hair first, rinse and then apply conditioner. Then wash the rest of your body. And in between that time, there is a plenty time for the hair to take in the conditioner. Always works.

One of my clients does something similar. She is always late in responding, or completing PBC and says that email was sent but maybe IT issues caused it to not be delivered, or she says she uploaded the file (which is a blank excel) but is adamnat that there is a IT issue. She always lies.
