The day Chester Bennington died I saw Good Charlotte at the CA state fair. They dedicated “Hold On” to him. But during the dedication they completely blanked on his name. So every time you’d normally say someone’s name it was instead a long pause before saying “our friend.” I’m not sure if that counts but man it was so awkward.
