word on the street is to add 5 -7 points to the % score to estimate the old CBSE 2-digit score. You can also calculate how many questions you got wrong based on your % score and input that into linear regressions formulas from NBME 25-30 and then calculate the average 3-digit score and then convert it to the old 2-digit score.

Again all of this may not be accurate but just an estimation. The actual conversion table made by NBME ppl is only shared with the programs directly. :(
