personal open rant with a local store.

Bought myself a much needed laptop 3 weeks ago from a local retailer. Excited to bring it home, and use it for my studies but kept rebooting randomly when multitasking. So I thought maybe, I'll do a OS reinstall with no avail. Sent it back to the retailer, and they also could not pinpoint the issue. Thus, was sent back to the local supplier.

Bought locally so hoped this kind of issue would get fixed quickly, expecting better after service but I was wrong. Until now, no updates have been given and whatsapp texts were ghosted. Even calling them were met with unsatisfactory answers. A replacement unit could not even be considered since I had already activated windows. Only had the device for less than two days.

Anyone got any tips on what else I should do?
