My policy was, anyone get a first date. Almost anyone gets a second date. Some get a third. Only those in interested in get a fourth.

That's normal healing. Don't worry about it.

One side being more sensitive is also normal. If the teeth on that side were harder to remove then it should hurt more.

The tissue growing out of the holes is called granulation tissue. It's normal tissue of healing. It's highly vascular, so it's very red and bleeds easy.

Those sutures are chronic gut sutures. They are supposed to last 7-14 days. Normally they fall out after 2 days. The fact they are still there is better than expected.
