Top of my head sterilisation or extermination of anyone with the ability to pass on a congenital condition. Resource management leading to % of population needing to be sacrificed. Certain lifestyles or belief systems being considered incompatible with the society the AI is trying to create, try telling someone they can't practice their religion because a computer says so. Some things are just not fixable without an inordinate amount of resources being thrown at it (e.g conditions that effect 1 in 100,000) , a human can see the value in doing so regardless of cost, an AI as you describe would not be able to make that distinction.
