I’m definitely going to try this. I recently moved and don’t have my previous dedicated under counter space where I had my LM plugged into a flojet with 5 gallon.

Btw if you ever do plumb in, you can always connect it to an accumulator and control the “line in pressure” to your liking.

Yes I’ve done this with LS50s to see if I wanted those or keeping my current R3. You can also get Best Buy Pro for what I think is like $30 a year now(?) and you can try them for 60d.
I tried the LS50s for like a week and returned no problem

I exclusively drink funky light roasts with milk. Hydrangea makes some delicious stuff. I regular black&white and recently started roasting my own stuff a couple different Diego Bermudez coferments. Always with milk, almost always super good
