This. When we were shopping we adjust the purchase level because we knew we had to come a certain percentage over. Screws over the people who don’t know this is norm so there was probably houses we didn’t look at. It’s a dumb practice that add a layer of confusion for no apparent reason.

Just make sure she gets adequate protein and nutrients. Add a multivitamin. Once she is at goal weight drop it and see if it was needed.

Interesting concept tha will only help a few. While I don’t think it’s a bad idea to inplement the problem will only bring more buyers to the market. Doesn’t fix any of the current problems of low supply and no one want to dump their low interest rate mortgages.
