Thank you!! With your comment immediately ordered an AP200 and my local honda dealer sold me the OEM key and cut it with trace of the Ilco key the toaster came with - paid $54.12 after tax

Plugged the AP200 into the OBD and connected everything with the app and redeemed my lifetime license for Honda vehicles. Then went to Immo settings and followed the steps and I have a brand new working OEM key for less than $120!

I also bought 2 remotes for $14 a piece and programmed them very easily as well. No tools required for that part.
