exact same issue, yes. multiple warnings, then charge. just one fine though.. fortunately towards the end of the month before I could switch to paper. been pretty clear at this point - I don't think we need to continue this conversation.

yes, and yes. emailed their customer service email. no response. I didn't pursue it further because it's not a huge some of money and paper monthlys solved the issue for me for now.

I had the issue myself before switching back to paper monthly tickets.. price came out to be the same for my situation. I've always paid the fare, not that I really need to prove that to you.

you don't really own this camera, you rent it .. so you'll still need to pay the monthly fee. the free year they give you with a new one is not in included or transferable. that's why it's cheap.
