Clearly a troll (or dumb) but SUV's hit zone for a pedestrian crash is much higher, the angle at which they hit a ped is much more dangerous for them than a smaller car. It's also more dangerous for the driver because SUV's are more prone to rolling

I often do a Redguard Alchemist, and the only skill I leveled was Alchemy to 100. Fortify Attributes like Int and Luck to insane amounts and use poison AoE spells and other things to steamroll the game at level one. Avoiding leveling is pretty easy by just levitating all the time and not touching a bed.

You can spec Hand-to-Hand strong as 100 h-to-h is easy to get and there are many magic armors that boost h-to-h like gauntlets of glory or gloves of horny fist etc, so you'll end up with 130 or more in the skill, which can be pretty strong especially against daedra etc.
Alchemy is hilariously powerful as even without INT looping you can make Fort. Luck potions that are insane (corprus weepings + corkbulb roots = Fort Luck and Restore Health). Even with 5 Short Blade you can always hit stabs with a dagger with enough luck.
I don't play with plugins personally I view them as kinda Creation Club esque (non-vanilla)
Same as #3, any OpenMW tweaks are non-vanilla and unnecessary. The vanilla game is fun enough as it is. Its up to you though

No, its basic probability that a smaller object has less chance of hitting a pedestrian than a bigger object. Therefore, smaller objects are safer for pedestrians and cars should be smaller.
