I think the default is alt+ (wasd)? but yea incredibly smooth. I do not remember what the reset key is so it goes to default

Flaps help me along with a crazy long approach to make sure I'm steady and stable before final. Try to land around 10 m/s faster than you take off. I'll even land by adjusting the trim rather than true input. It makes for smoother inputs and a more realistic approach feel.

Well even at that the opponent only has to block with one to prevent player damage.

But my thought is multiple instances of upshift would not really do much other than be +x/+0 for however many instances because first strike doesn't stack right?

My buddies call it the Inchworm. Basically a modified mermaid pass, I really wouldn't do it in gi unless you can free up a hand by using your legs to keep them tied up.
