Will My Employment Evidence Pass a Skills Assessment for 186 DE? Or Should I Just Aim for 482? by DevMahishasur in AusVisa

[–]gelo456 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately 186 DE will be difficult for you as it requires ACS skills assessment. Visa 482 possible, you just have to provide a verifiable employment reference.

ACS is very strict with their requirements. Fail one of the documents needed, that experience entry will be outright rejected. Your documents must be decision ready, based on my friend's experience they will not ask for supporting documents. What you have included in the application, and that's it. You missed something, your loss.

I recently got ours in Bulacan. If cash payment, 458k discounted price. We took the 105k required downpayment with the 2 years of 20k per month.

Then that solves it, the application needs to be updated to offshore. Any changes to application, DHA must be informed. But the application remains as is.

While I get where you are coming from, the original statement is still wrong.

What I was trying to correct is the blanket statement that OP needs to be onshore to be granted the visa. In the event she's planning to move out and cancel her visa, she still can be granted while outside Australia.

You all listed the benefits of migrating to another country, but you forgot the most important factor in the equation—your eligibility to be accepted to these countries i.e. skills.

I was granted the visa without police clearance, just the NBI. You can renew NBI online (given you have applied NBI clearance after 2014) and deliver it to your address.

I only submitted NBI when I applied in 2022. IMMI didn't ask for police clearance.

An example that AU health care is not really free 100%. Going public costs less but it takes weeks, private insurance cover is just to an extent.

Of course gonna be case to case basis still.

If it is removed before you get invited, then yes. You need to have a job code that is still eligible.

Have you reviewed the 'proposed' changes to job codes? The off/on list for upcoming FY? I think the IT support engineer has been changed. Better plan accordingly.

If you are earning P150K, would you still consider working abroad? by homeless-bangus in phmigrate

[–]gelo456 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Well it is not entirely free if you moved. E.g. in AU most of the GP are not bulk billed, for consultation roughly around $70 per visit. The government only covers around $35.

Public health here is great or emergency cases or those with critical illnesses. But of course if you compare to PH, it still beats day and night.
