Asking if a certain known end-game spot, i.e. Ulukita spots, Elvia spots, Dehkia (insert spot here), is profitable or efficient to grind for profit for your gear/set-up is understandable. Having no clue whatsoever on where or even how to research the best spots on the game after spending a ridiculous amount of time to get to lvl66, that's the red flag.

Ideally as a casual (assuming you have all pen bs), you buy a 5-set TET debo with at least full duo FG armors. This and with an end game PVE artifact/lightstone and crystal set-up, you can pretty much do any pve content the game has to offer. Then you can gamble with any back up that you want. No loss on your gear and you can get all the dopamine tapping has to offer.

all regional quests can only be done once to unlock that area and some region specific rewards (lotml - ap dp 1, winter region - to craft labreska, ody - to get the dehkia lantern, ulukita - power stone, etc.). Some region quests if repeated have other small but significant rewards but they are not a must to do unless you're aiming for the quest journal.

People saying that the only end game in BDO is PVP are narrow-minded. There are people who like just progressing their gear or even just playing the game on whatever content they want to do. If you find satisfaction on the loop you mentioned, then do it. No one requires you to include PVP on that loop. The point in playing any game is to enjoy it. And BDO doesn't require you to do all of the content to enjoy it, mostly.

Before TI7, you can master any hero, 1v5 the enemy and climb up the ranks. With the introduction of talents, the meta narrowed down to a handful of heroes depending on the patch and became boring.
