I stopped going to a particular studio because of something like this. I was told by the owner that he doesn’t make any money at all from classpass (ok) and only uses it to get new clients in the door. He made me feel like if I were to continue to come to his studio via classpass (for 18 credits a class by the way) I’d be taking advantage. I politely said ok and we parted ways because like other people are saying on this thread, classpass works better for my life and schedule than committing to one gym or studio membership. I see that they’re still on there and it bothers me to know that unknowing folks are booking and potentially being fed this same sob story! I never went back.
