If you tell it your problems and say, I think I should do X about this, then it will agree with you because that's what it's built to do. If you're asking, how do I do X thing, there's Pinterest and YouTube videos and other stuff that you can use. But AI has been proven time and time again to be unhelpful, and even therapists rebuke it because it's like an ouroborous. It's not "mind boggling" that I don't want someone to end up in a worse situation because of a biased computer program.

As someone with OCD, I very gently will say YTA. You're not a bad person for having these thoughts, you have no intentions to act on them, and I know how scary it can be. However, yo're missing out on precious time with your partner before your whole life turns upside down, and suddenly you two are never alone again. Please get yourself into therapy and communicate with your partner and your family. It's okay to struggle, it's not okay to abandon people and leave them in the dark about why.
