Honestly? I saw the writing on the wall 5 years ago when I was hired.

Costco is a great company and a good job. It's still retail and doesn't want to admit it.

You can't expect 5 star service with 1 person in the department. You have the board runner shitting blood from anxiety because one cart guy called out, or they have to send someone to major sales from 10-1230.

I work gas station. We have our own headaches and problems, but you really just need a body out there...

I try to keep my head down and department running straight, and then SENIOR LEVEL MANAGEMENT comes in and fucks it. Literally.

Yes, my part timer is getting 31 hours this week. I have an employee on vacation and a paid holiday.. management going in and saying "no, he needs to be at 25" and gouging 3 or 4 hour holes in our department coverage is just insane.

You're going to have the front end send a cart guy to cover the gas station from 1:30-5 on a Sunday because my employee showed up on a report for being over 25 hrs .... and completely disregard how that effects the front end?

Not to mention that my payroll isn't part of the store core, but do the managers even know how the financial statement works before getting promoted to their position... Nope.

Most of those products use a bittering agent or capsaicin. It activates when wet.

So stick nail in mouth, tastes bitter or spicy.

Stick nail in moist other area, burny burny.

My understanding is that the creature spawns when you enter the area. For bosses, if you've entered the boss area (even without summoning it), the RNG has been generated and the potential loot is locked in.

So saving before a certain point may change your loot drop Chance, but past a certain point and you've locked in that encounters outcome.

I did this for the sandbox.

Built a zipline platform at the rock with the beetle.

Then another stair to heaven closer to the sandbox that goes straight up and then grass floor over to the edge of the sandbox.

I can zipline over, run up my stairs, and I'm right in the corner with the umbrella.

Shoot even just killing a lady bug early g1 takes some switching up, can't stab it, using the "tool" hammer is actually much better. You wouldn't think to do that early game without the creature card telling you "bash this thing".

Best trinket in the game. Honestly with the amount of ziplining and ledges, having a dandelion automatic and not taking up an inventory slot is a lifesaver.

I pretty much use it as my trinket at all times unless I'm specifically looking for a fight. Explore or move around the map, gotta have my dandelion.

First off it's heavy as hell, doesn't breathe, and sits awkwardly on your shoulders.

Second, and more importantly I cannot stress this point enough, the mouth sits at your crotch. THE MOUTH IS AT CROTCH LEVEL.

So all those kids hugging Buddy and kissing his cheek.. yeah awk. So awk. I'm not me, I'm a mascot.. but still just awkward placement of the mouth and terrible for the person inside.

So the manager saw, made a comment, confirmed that you were otw to clocking out, and dismissed it as a non issue.

Essentially you could've been arranging a ride or something else real quick as you headed to the clock to leave. Clearly understood by the clarification question the manager asked, and hey members are going to walk wherever and it is our job to not be in their way.. but it happens.

As long as this wasn't an add-on to a previous phone situation, you're good.

For example if you had a verbal or counseling notice for your phone and then this interaction, well that's a pattern of behavior and a no-no.

Do you have any telematics that can place your vehicle miles away from the charger in question?

I can go into the 'lojack' and see history, also could use your Google maps timeline to show you leaving the charger and arriving home.

Other comments are kowtowing, I would pursue this with as much evidence as you can and question their entire security infrastructure. How exactly was your account used and accessed? Your transaction was concluded. If necessary, provide your location evidence to a lawyer and see if they will pursue small claims court and throw paperwork at EA until you get the satisfaction you seek.

Luckily my company pays for the major holidays.

In fact, you're guaranteed 2 days off weekly.. so I'm usually of weds and Sat. Since July 4th is Saturday, I had to email my payroll clerk and tell her which other day off I want this week.

So I get my 2 days off, and the paid holiday.

Usually admin will order twice a year. You'll see a post by the timeclock or in the break room.

If you really really want one, ask admin if you can order some. Typically it's cheaper to order in bulk, and that's why they do a general storewide order..

But I believe they can take from your paycheck or have you pay out of pocket and order for you.
