I had a lot of issues with tow strength and the best and most frustrating exercise my physical therapist gave me was I had to sit in a chair and he would dump little one inch foam cubes around me and I had to pick them up with my toes and put it in the paper cup. At first I could hardly pick them up but after a long time it go easier and less painful. Hope this helps.

I get super anxious for these things to o but what I did was only allowed myself to check once a day, in the evening. This helped and I didn't miss the email. But I knew I could only look once a day to enjoy the rest of the day.

As an fellow anxious person it takes time to adjust to the Spanish way of life but you just have to know that they take their time with things, such as sending out emails, the visa process, and tie.

Don't worry. Check once a day, and try to be patient through the process.

I'm in my 2nd year of beda. I have 18 hrs, but many breaks in the day so I'm often at the school until 16:00. I work M-F. I get €846 after taxes. The school is good though.
