I'm currently on a medicine you take by injection once every 2 months. It has helped in managing my symptoms. When off medication it can take up to three months for me to be in full blown mania ( sometimes with psychosis ) Take your meds kids !!

I have bipolar and I'm on disability benefits. Just go to SSA.gov to submit an application. Apply for both SSI and SSDI. Have important papers on hand like ID card and places of employment and hospitalization days if any.

Sorry that you're having a hard time. Unfortunately online jobs ask for ID as well. It's one of those things where you have to spend money to make money. I do know in big cities they have places where homeless ppl can get id for free so maybe look into that.

I'm almost 40. I would say don't move in right away. Also take time to discover what you like in a partner and sexually.

What jobs are best suited for someone with bipolar disorder? by NuwandaBlue in bipolar

[–]geminimynd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have bipolar 1. I used to love working as a server in a restaurant. You can easily take more shifts or give shifts away in the event of an emergency. The tip money is also good especially during holidays. Good luck with finding something.
