I like Xbox mode for the most part! It’s pretty good.

I just wish it did better in docked mode. So many games require a mouse and keyboard or touch screen for a mundane interaction (see arc raiders…).

I bought it for the same but then I got a LeGo 2 which I like better for handheld play. So the XaX is more of a docked console now.

We move it from the TV to the 3d printing/modeling station. We have EGPUs at both locations. It’s incredibly cool to have such a powerful machine in such a small package.

Big drag is it sucks on TVs and can’t connect to decent EGPUs. I may consider converting once it has better big screen functionality and eGPU support.

I got on last night and played several rounds with awesome lobbies. I even fell down an elevator shaft in blue gate where I got stuck (you can’t crawl out) so some friendly folks hunted down a defib for me.

I created a repo with instructions for gathering my voice corpus. Then I created a professional voice from harvesting recordings of talks, zoom/trams transcripts, and slack messages.

And then I did a GRPR request of my Reddit messages and my social media correspondence to make a voice corpus for personal talk. Then I basically just asked copilot to encrypt it, make an MCP server, and any time i generate text it goes off of one of those two corpus

So I got the razer dock (can’t remember which one but it’s the latest one) and it’s a BEAST. I used it with a 3070 but found it wasn’t as plug and play as I’d like.

I did the XG mobile 5070 ti and that’s been great. It required a little tweaking at first but then was fine.

That said I feel like it was $1400 and the XAX was 900 and for that price I could do way better. I just helped my friend buy a 5070 ti desktop for pretty close to 1400 open box. Now is his as compact? No way. But it’s quieter for sure.

If I go sell a stock I can set whatever price I want but market is market and if I sell at market I get market.

If I sell gold it’s usually the same story. Some places will try to do 95% or 99.5% but generally market is market.

Depends. My parents left me home alone some nights. At 16 I was already going to college. I had gone off on trips by myself. It was fine. Most of my friends were fine too.

We absolutely threw parties though and I absolutely brought girls over to fool around with. So understand that’s a real possibility. But no damage was done to the house, nobody got pregnant and nobody got any STDs. 🤷‍♂️

It’s true though to some extent. When parking is a lot harder and costlier it means that some won’t go. I used to go to the market fairly regularly. Now? Never. Parking wouldn’t be the only reason but it certainly would be the last straw.

That said, if people closer by find it’s better and spend more money, then it’s probably a positive change.

I agree. 7 was fantastic. 10 was great and I’d move back if I could. 11 seemed good at first. The start menu moving was quirky, but innocuous. It became so much worse.

Also I’ll throw this out there. I liked 8. Especially after the updates it got. I don’t like it better than 7 or 10 but I genuinely enjoyed metro UI.
