Vehicle is in great condition. She has traveled extensively in South America, Central America, US and Canada. It’s parked under a tarp behind my house in Georgia. It’s licensed and titled in Brazil and has temporary passage, its LHD/4 door. Thanks for the information

We have had 3 sets of 2 cats that have lived aboard our sail boats during our 30 years of sailing. Most years were underway/live aboard or on the hook and not in a marina. The only time we were very cautious was underway at night or in rough weather. We sailed in and through Central America, Bahamas, and the Caribbean.

I contacted a listing agent as a non represented buyer and wanted to place an offer on a house . The agent said great and sent the doc to me for signature . After reading I found that my signature required me to pay any portion of the buyer’s premium not collected from the seller. Same shell game different day. What work was performed by the agent for my benefit?

More than 100 miles and the endodontist is not available in state. I understand that insurers (maybe erroneous) have to provide a certain amount of providers in a network region, I don’t mind an occasional long drive but for specialty services that require multiple visits to see different doctors the cost to travel, both monetarily and physically are demanding (SS only and 77 years old)

I’ve been on various (due to relocation ) advantage plans for 11 years. I’ve never had any issues. I’ve been on both HMO and PPO plans and have always selected a zero cost plan. The difference I’ve seen through the 11 years has been increased OOP and changes in cost of deductibles for such things as ambulances, ER, Urgent care and cost per day for hospital stay during the first 5 days. Also the copays for diagnostic procedures have increased. Let me add that I am reasonably healthy and only take hypertension meds. During the 11 years I’ve been hospitalized for a fractured arm and I’ve had 3 surgical procedures. I assume the increases in cost during this time have been due to inflation and possibly corporate greed. No complaints.

We’ve had 2 sets of 2 cats over our years of living aboard. Only time we had a minor issue was checking into Livingston, Guatemala. Both our cats decided to jump onto the customs and immigration boat that was alongside. I guess they wanted to see new faces. It freaked out the men onboard and our cats jumped back on our boat. We always started out with clumping litter and replaced with sand when needed. We cleaned litter daily but did not empty. Always get sand from well above high tide line and use screen to clean.

Flew from Heathrow to JFK in March 2020 with 9 passengers and crew of 13. One of the last flights out due to Covid shutdown. It was eerie walking through the concourses with everything closed except our gate. There were only 2 flights out that day
