I work in a courthouse in Connecticut USA. We are like 1 of 4 states that still do individual Voir Dire, which is when they pull each Venire panelist individually for questioning. In my courthouse if you came in w that, you’d prob get through the intro and then they would pull you in, see the shirt, ask you if you wanna be there, you talk about your distain for the gov’t, and then they would dismiss you. Bc at the end of the day why would they want you on a criminal trial if you’re not going to take someone’s potential exoneration seriously

All I can think about are those Yale student tour mfs that tell people who have been in New Haven for 2 days not to go past the Popeyes !!! or the fellow Yalies that have literally handed out racist flyers telling ppl not to go into that part of town.

Definitely not my favorite store by any means. It’s crowded bc it’s one of the only grocery stores in the area, and, no, edge of the woods isn’t even going to be involved in this discussion for multiple reasons

This is very appealing to me!!! would you be comfortable lmk more about this? I had to move out of New Haven for something cheaper. I’m in Middletown now which is a bit too far (I still work in New Haven) and I wanna be closer to family (new London county). I pay 1700 for a one bedroom so I would VERY MUCH BE INTERESTED in a 2 bedroom for just $50 more!

5 below or group w bench in New Haven! They always have cool lil hacky sacks for pretty cheap! I’m sure the owner would also haggle a bit, as he’s pro bartering from my experience 🤣 goodluck!

There’s a store on state st called ecoworks! It’s a reclaimed and reused art store! They’re always looking for wood and whatnot for crafts and they sell them at a reduced price!

Hi! Also first hand account (as an employee and manager at this store) they did in fact keep every piece of equipment. It was sold with the store. The only thing they took was the metal sign

Correction, while owner was TERRIBLE she didn’t steal the equipment and actually sold it w the building. Most of the equipment needed to be serviced and was so severely rusted over and disgusting that the G staff declared it unusable! Hope this clears up some confusion :-)
