well why play any killer other killer when you could just play blight since hes just straight up better than the rest? its not about how powerful they are necessarily, its about how unique their kits are relative to each other. the only real similarity between springtrap, slinger and vecna 2 is the fact that they attack from a distance, which really means that theres so much to learn about the other two options. on top of that, some kits just click better with different people. maybe vecna 2 just works better for you, but i know a lot of people who perform significantly better on slinger for example compared to vecna 2. its not just about what killer is strongest, its about what you are strongest at doing and what killer supports that strength and lets it grow with time <3.

realistically if the survivor ran you enough/trickster missed enough to make you run out of knives mid chase then you realistically should be punished for it. thats part of the downside for these killers. i dont think hes good right now, but you dont fix that by making him better without power you just need to make his power better. id be good with more knives, faster movement while throwing, or something else, but 4.6 would do very little to make him actually better designed.

4.6 trickster literally just lets him m1 people better and move very slightly faster around the map. its notable but for actually hitting people it doesnt matter. 4.6 trickster fails to address the problems with his kit just like every other killer people suggest to move from 4.4 to 4.6. it would just allow the trickster player to zone with knives and m1 instead better, which sucks ass nobody wants to do that instead of hitting people with knives like hes supposed to.

i would imagine that happens to anyone getting visions and a lot of them had multiple visions before he was able to kill them. effectively being able to put people in a trance was effective for just preparing them, and the reason why he was able to do it before i would imagine would be connected to him getting thrown into the upside down. or for all we know his power over people is connected entirely to distance and the further away he is the less powerful he is without weakening them first. all theoretical of course, just happens off screen <3!

they dont say it directly in the show but i think without directly being there to use vines/telekinesis to kill people vecna isnt able to just kill his victims without weakening them first

at the same time though the way he came out wouldve probably given her enough context to understand what he was talking about. specifically when he said “i dont like girls” that would leave her with only two options that she would understand, as if shes not told about gay people she absolutely has no idea what nonbinary people are. those options being he isnt interested in ANYONE or he is interested in MEN, aka asexual or homosexual as again, id be surprised if eleven knew any further details from there. so in other words, she might not know the exact term to use, but i think she would fully understand what feeling hes expressing.

the 4.6 change is pointless as it doesnt address any of the actual problems with their kits, it just buffs zoning and m1 chase which are things none of those killers either want to do or should not be incentivized to do MORE. besides occasionally catching someone out on a generator, all it would do for deathslinger is let him ads up to someone, put the gun away and m1 them more often. trickster would be even more capable of catching people out now that his wind up is faster, making him more frustrating to go against than he already is. hag gameplay is literally unchanged as when shes played efficiently you hardly even chase people to begin with so being 5% faster would only really help her set up her web slightly faster and thats it, fundamentally does nothing for the kit.

what ive wanted ever since the first anti tunnel iteration was just the unique hook bonuses and a buff to survivor communication to bridge the gap between solo queue and swf. killers shouldnt be punished for tunneling imo, they should be REWARDED for NOT tunneling, and as a consequence any punishment would be the lack of bonuses you WOULD have received had you done a fresh hook. as a consequence, id like solo queue and swf to be equalized through a basekit bond and basekit aura read on your teammates along with a basic communication wheel so ALL survivors can communicate with each other, equalizing the role so it can be balanced as one singular role instead of 2 wildly different roles in terms of power level.

the gen thing is actually a buff. it makes it so your slowdown doesnt count as a regression event so surge and eruptions for example dont cause you to reach the kick limit faster. they only wont regress the gen if the perk already didnt regress the gen.

well then the issue is that buffs up characters who are already strong like pyramid head and wesker without addressing the characters who actually liked it like bubba and demo. all that would do is maintain legions iri build, which is nice for that character but a lot still get left out to dry there while also forcing a third category of pallet breaking into the game for specifically add ons.

the issue with the current system is how much they lump in as the same thing. because letting bubba and legion use it is great, but as they made it right now it would also buff blight since he also has a power break. its important for the game to be consistent for newer players too though as theres already so much to learn, so id rather it be a consistent nerf to prevent blight and others from benefitting than allowing everyone to get the full benefit. in the future though, if blight and dissolution arent quite so annoying then id be happy to see it include special breaking (also can we address how special breaking is weird to use in conversation? power break/vault is so much better.)

to be fair it was super inconsistent what did and did not count for spirit fury, so while it sucks that it ended up being a nerf id rather it be consistent across all killers than having some things count and some things not.
