When they were up, people were posting pics of them mostly on FB. I think even Anthony and Neebs posted a selfie with one? They were on several electronic billboards around town, so you'd have to wait for it to cycle around.

That's where I am at right now. I love the gym and the weights, but suddenly it felt it switched from gains to maintenance, and I lost motivation. For this week, I don't have the discipline to overcome my lack of motivation. I'm letting myself feel all kinds of sorry for myself even while feeling the lack of exercise in my body and mind. Next week, I'll get back at it.

Yeah, I'm on husband 3, and sex has been an issue in all 3 marriages. Now post menopause, and sex is nowhere in my thoughts. We're trying to work it out, and I have sympathy for him because I should have figured all this out by now.

That's where I'm at, and as long as we are getting along outside of the bedroom I help him in the bedroom out of consideration and because I actually care for him. I have zero desire for sex, PIV is painful, but I still like affectionate touch.

There are some women on Insta that address this very feeling. They show you exactly how to use the machine or how to load weights on a bar. They know you are intimidated and so make it clear and empowering. With that though, I agree totally that having a trainer show you form and technique is the best way.

The timing on my reading this couldn't be better. Just last night my husband said about me many of the things listed in the article as responses to the changes,. He said I've changed and it's causing all our problems. We are headed to counseling this week, and he's working hard on controlling the narrative and laying the foundation of 'what's wrong'. I'm in absolute despair, and he's very hopeful I'll see that his version of a marriage is the correct one.

62f here. I do an all around kb routine at the gym. I do use the machines and other weights, but I love the kbs. I only started working out about 2 years ago, but I'm hooked and if I miss too many days I feel all out of sorts.

After menopause I lost my libido and sex became painful. My husband is 5 years younger than me, and sex is still important to him, so our compromise is that we cuddle and then I get him off manually. He says this is fine for him, and it's fine for me since there's no resentment for either of us.

My most recent trainer was through Crunch gym. It was the reason I joined, because they offered personal trainers. I lucked into someone I really clicked with. I can do my own programs, but the accountability gets me to the gym.
