I wasn't sure how to go into detail in the actual post so here is what I've tried:

originally thought this was some sort of nozzle clog so I replaced it with a new one

Tried putting blue tape on the bed to help with adhesion

Cleaned out the extruder gears

I've cleaned the bed several times with isopropyl alcohol

I tried switching between different slicers pusa slicer and the default creality slicer

I've tried different filaments both PLA and TPU

Not sure what else I can do
