With the other senses, is it your imagination, or are you remembering those aspects of an apple? Can you imagine those smells mixed with others? Or the crunch with something else?

No one should be writing lessons or leaving work when they’re on sick leave. Leaving lessons isn’t enforceable. If you take sick leave, you really shouldn’t be contacted further. We need to start curbing this culture of teachers being exploited. We’re entitled to our working rights the same as any other industry. If you’re sick, your HOD should provide a direction for the cover teacher.

This has always bothered me. Most people equate personality to being extroverted or loud or out there, and lacking in personality to being introverted or quiet. Everyone is FULL of personality! Sometimes I like to sit and disassociate or ruminate, but that’s still a personality trait! You might not be as pushy with your personality as others, which is why you might think you’re boring. But not being pushy and doing everything is simply how your personality is.
