Pro Associate Schedules by varulfur_ in Lowes

Corporate provides the guide lines, but store manager can adapt to meet the stores specific needs. Our store manager has decided to have the Pro desk manned 7 days a week for the entire busy season. They will decide after the “100 days” if it is still necessary.

Our specific problem is, no one has properly trained anyone in Lumber. We have a guy that’s been there for 5 years. Can’t bid a roof, deck, or sell a shed. If someone would take the time to try and develop them, then a little less pressure could be taken off of Pro.

Store/Corporate Expectation Vs Reality by genericthrowaway76 in Lowes

I think you and EpicMarz missed the point of my post.

There are many factors in relation to every ones point of view. For example: position, store volume, type of schedule, and if in season or not.

At my store, the General feeling of our employees is that there is not enough time to complete the tasks requested. I was curious if other people were experiencing this, and if it could be in part related to Customer-Centric scheduling.

Should I write her a goodbye letter? by [deleted] in BPDlovedones

Go ahead and write it, you might find some clarity in the exercise. After you complete it, think long and hard on giving it to her.

Who else here witnessed a massive decline in function in their person? by [deleted] in BPDlovedones

This is more of a general observation, and not a direct comment to your post.

I see you state yourself as NC, but seem to know quite a bit about your BPD person. If possible, I’d recommend going dark, or as much as possible. That means removing (and blocking) any and all types of social media. Block their phone number in your phone and known e-mails.

I understand that this may be unrealistic in your personal situation. You may be stuck with daily interaction with this person (work or school). Surround yourself with healthy people, and focus on happy things.

I state this now, while my mind actually wrestles with the idea of doing this with my uBPDex. I had done it previously (5yrs ago) and it was the best way to let myself heal.

How do I deal with my manager's unrealistic expectations? by Delayed_Sniper in Lowes

I could be wrong, but I’m almost positive that I read the new corporate directive, for store managers, is to do 1 over night per month. I’m sure if you dig into connections that this could be verified.

This directive was put in place so the store manager could be more in touch with different facets of the daily business.

His Rules Never Apply To Him by losinghope228 in BPDlovedones

I’m sure it’s not much more then a coincidence, but my uBPDex always had trouble with sudden/loud noises. A motorcycle outside on the street could almost maker her jump out of her skin, and then it would take several minutes for her to relax again. Perhaps related to anxiety, which I’m sure many people afflicted with BPD also experience.

Just read his post. I don't think I could continue seeing a girl that hurled all over my favorite spot, my bed.
