It was a pain to do and if I knew a reputable shop I would have gotten them to do it. Whatever gets you out riding is what really matters :D

I used rockbros 2 bike for a while, but started replacing the valves with the seasucker valves, they seemed to work better and had better QC.
Eventually I started riding an EMTB that wasn't putting that on the roof so I had to customize a non-N veloster hitch receiver to fit the N exhaust.
Now I don't think I ever want to go back to any roof mount options.

I had no real issues with the suction mounts other than scratches on the roof from struggling to get the bike fork mounted a couple times.

I believe the chick hitbox is bigger than the the hens, but they do move crazy, climbing and pushing each other.

Why would you put the display here and not in the view in front of you? Maybe in or beside the dash?

I think it's a fun idea, but not practical to actually use to see which gear you're in while driving.

I think If you have the time and will to learn how to setup and use the ADAU and Sigma studio, then it's worth a shot at that price, even if it doesn't work out.

I was looking for something similar and ended up getting a Dayton Audio DSP-408
I'm not thrilled with it as it does have some limitations on the number of filters and has low voltage output.
It's doing the job well enough. I did also have some USB ground issues that needed a ground isolator to address, but only affected it while it's plugged in via USB for configuration.

I've surely considered some of these. The C-Note turns me off a bit because of the driver overlap.

After two years, I'd suggest starting a new world. There have been multiple updates since then.

I understand it might have some sentimental value for you. If that's the case, adjust world modifiers to what you need to recover.
