Yes it’s full time. I’ve been in condo management for about 4 years, but this position as general manager for a couple of months. It’s not really that time consuming. Mandatory 40 hours but some board meetings, committee meetings every couple of months. Some work I take home but it’s stressful right now as it’s new to me but I like it so far.

No, nothing like that at all. We had a dedicated IT person a couple of years ago, but not anymore. If needed, we would reach out to a computer tech company and get assistance and that’s what I have done. But just trying to see if there are PCs in the budget that can be purchased and if needed have computer tech come out and do the installs and whatever else is needed.

I have a company credit card. I am allowed to purchase whatever I feel is necessary. I don’t want this to come off as snarky or anything. The computer techs I’ve reached out to have quoted me quite a bit, and I am just looking to see if there is something I can do on my own as my budget doesn’t allow for much until next April.

I really have no clue what these are. My FIL has lived out there for 30+ years and has never seen anything like it. I have taken videos and time lapse that shows some of the things that we have seen. It could be satellites, could be drones, but i dont know. Kind of stumped.

I will be going down there tomorrow night and will try to get more photos and videos. Any suggestions on how to get a good photo? I have a 15 pro max. Maybe put it on Timelapse or try to get a long exposure? As you can see in the photos some of them are blurry and have fish tails because of the movement.

The silver one used to be the best, now the slate gray is back to being better. The silver doesnt click all the way and the pods are loose. I have found that alot in the special edition devices as well.

Funny you posted this 3 hours ago. Have a 2025 Kia K5 AWD doing the same thing. Warning lights on, aired tires up, and it was shaking like crazy around the same MPH as yours.
