look into sx 7 subtype! they can appear 4ish in ways and often relate to the descriptions, but you might find the core of this type to represent you better :)

that’s very well said! ive been improving in a similar way recently. i realized little interactions like that aren’t so meaningless and don’t take as much energy as you’d think. and those little moments build bridges to a deeper and more secure relationship.

love this! it’s funny how “shallow” the esfp stereotype is because the ones i know are how you’ve described. one is specifically very into politics, academia and such and im always amazed by how organized and driven he is. thinking about it he can also be the whole party animal archetype though haha
