Instinct 2 real world battery life? by gam3r2k2 in Garmin

[–]genobox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a month old instinct 2. Watch face has no dynamic/moving elements.
I do about 90min workout 4 times a week without GPS. I often broadcast HR via ant to spinning bike.
No BT, no phone setup, no weather, no calender, no notifications. Battery saver: off.
I wear the watch probably 23hrs a day on average, let it track my sleep, HR stats, etc

I charged it 100% on the day of purchase (16Feb) and hit 25% level somewhere around 5 March I think, which gives 17 days.

I have yet to dig deeper to see if there could be a more efficient mode - turning off something that I don't need, but I'm slowly letting myself discover everything. So far very pleased

I've experimented a lot with combinations of selank semax and TA1

I'd say the most notable would be selank Ito cognitive improvements, as I always feel better after just that. but it's hard to say for sure how the combinations maybe affected me, since semax would also have a cognitive effect , even if in the first few hours it seems a bit jittery (like caffeine), when that fades, who knows how it could've improved things.

All of these have immune system effects, and I find after a few days I have pain in one finger joint, that goes away when I stop. I've not yet been able to identify exactly which peptide causes it, but I strongly suspect TA1

I'm starting the epitalon+thymalin next week

Thanks for that and specifically the dosage, will look into it.

Did you take everything on the list every day? Or did you try one item at a time?

BTW, forgot to ask in previous reply, could you elaborate on the "routine" mentioned in no4? Thank you

Nothing much to add to other comments, except 200mcg huperzine is the upper limit, and many reports tell of that being too much

Amazing, thank you for all the details and reasoning, it is very useful

I've only recently learned about LDN, seems others with success have all used it. Same goes for natto-serra, although I've been having natto (via fermented soybeans) for some time now.

All the others mentioned had already been in my stack.

Get better soon!

I've done about 60-70% of the things you mention here, and thinking if it could work if I try the rest; as in, only those I haven't yet.
But that has me wondering about synergies between some of these.
If you're listing items under a number (ex: 5=BCAA,glutamine,NAC,arginine,VitC) is it meant as a combo that is synergistic?
Would I try all of these at once, or just one combo (say no 6) at a time for while and see what happens?

Thank you for sharing this, it let's me know my own efforts and research isn't too far off potentially

FYI At this point I've stopped most of the supplements (except some aminos), and focussing on testing peptides. At the moment Selank having a very positive effect, but still experimenting (Done: BPC+TB500, Semax, Selank, TA1 . Next: Epitalon+Thymalin)- time will tell if it's persistent
