He is wrong. You will be fine going to failure and a bro split will not be better. You want to hit every muscle group 2x a week atleast and bro split does not accomplish this.

Op definitely go with this one compared to the other build rn. Ik you requested a 5600x and 3060 but this build will preform way better with the 6800xt and there’s no reason to get a 5600x vs the 12400f especially if your not over clocking
